This cottage cheese wrap became one of my favorite Nutrition Kitchen moments because it proves you do not need complicated recipes to eat beautifully.

Three ways.

Base: The Cottage Cheese Wrap

Use a high-quality cottage cheese flatbread or wrap (the viral blended cottage cheese + egg version or store-bought high-protein wrap if needed).

If making homemade:

Cottage Cheese Wrap Base

Makes 1 wrap

Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth.

  2. Spread thinly on parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.

  4. Cool slightly before filling.

1️⃣ Savory Chicken Crunch Wrap

Protein-packed. Meal-prep queen. Completely satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 cottage cheese wrap

  • ½ cup leftover grilled chicken, chopped

  • 1 tbsp finely diced red onion

  • 1 tbsp finely diced celery

  • 1–2 tbsp Avocado Mayo (get the full recipe here)

  • Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, red onion, celery, and avocado mayo.

  2. Spoon mixture onto wrap.

  3. Fold and serve.

2️⃣ Soft-Boiled Egg & Calabrian Heat Wrap

This one is bold. Mediterranean. Slightly sexy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cottage cheese wrap

  • 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Mayo (get the full recipe here)

  • 1 tsp Calabrian chili peppers

  • Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  1. Spread avocado mayo over wrap.

  2. Place halved soft-boiled eggs on top.

  3. Add Calabrian chili peppers.

  4. Finish with sea salt. Fold gently.

The creamy yolk + spice + salt is next-level satisfying.

3️⃣ Sweet Berry Yogurt Wrap

Because protein doesn’t always have to be savory.

Ingredients

  • 1 cottage cheese wrap

  • 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt

  • Handful fresh berries

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Sprinkle pink Himalayan sea salt

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Drizzle honey over wrap.

  2. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt (trust me).

  3. Spread Greek yogurt.

  4. Add berries and coconut flakes.

  5. Fold and enjoy.

The salt + honey combination makes this feel indulgent — but it’s balanced and protein-rich.
