This Avocado Chocolate Protein Mousse came together in my kitchen today while filming Nutrition Kitchen for the Brooke Burke Body App, and I couldn’t believe how rich and satisfying it tasted with just a few ingredients.
The magic? A whole avocado blended with chocolate collagen powder creates a mousse that is silky, indulgent, and packed with nutrients that support skin, hair, joints, and muscle recovery.
And the best part — it takes about two minutes to make.

Ingredients
1 whole ripe avocado
2 scoops Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (vanilla flavored works beautifully)
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
1 tablespoon nut butter (almond butter recommended, but peanut butter is delicious)
A small pinch Himalayan sea salt
Optional: 1 drop vanilla extract
For garnish
Coconut flakes
Fresh raspberries (optional, for color)
Instructions
Add the avocado, collagen powder, almond milk, honey, nut butter, and sea salt to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
If the mixture is too thick, add a tiny splash more almond milk — but keep it thick so it maintains that mousse texture.
Spoon into a martini glass or small bowl.
Use the back of a spoon to gently swirl the top into soft circles for a beautiful finish.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and garnish with raspberries if you have them.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
