Creamy Avocado Mayo

A protein-rich, good-fat spread that keeps you full and glowing.

If you’ve ever had a snack and still felt hungry 20 minutes later… it’s usually because you didn’t include enough fat and protein.

This avocado mayo solves that.

It’s creamy, tangy, savory, and incredibly versatile. Spread it on Ella’s Flats, dollop it onto shrimp lettuce cups, swirl it into a bowl, or use it as a dip for crudités. It’s one of those staples that makes healthy eating feel indulgent.

And yes — this is muscle-building, hormone-supporting, glow-from-within food.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 tablespoons full-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 small garlic clove (minced or grated)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt, to taste

  • Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional:

  • Pinch of chili flakes

  • Fresh chopped parsley or dill

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado into a bowl.

  2. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

  3. Mash with a fork for a rustic texture, or blend for ultra-smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Adjust lemon or salt as needed.

That’s it.

How to Use It

  • Spread over high-protein crackers (like Ella’s Flats)

  • Spoon onto grilled shrimp or salmon

  • Use inside lettuce cups

  • Add to grain bowls

  • Spread on a cottage cheese wrap

  • Use as a dip for raw vegetables

  • Replace traditional mayo in tuna or chicken salad

Why This Works

✔ Healthy fats from avocado + olive oil = satiety
✔ Protein from Greek yogurt = muscle support
✔ Garlic + lemon = digestion + flavor
✔ No seed oils
✔ No mystery ingredients

This is the kind of snack that keeps blood sugar stable and prevents that “why am I still hungry?” moment.
